- Camp Webpage • Map 1 • Map 2 • Map 3 • Size: 50 acres.
- Facilities: None, camp is largely unimproved.
- Primitive wilderness camping on an open, unsupervised, wooded property of 50 acres. Six campsites with a capacity of 16 persons each, or a total capacity of 96. No water, no restroooms or latrines, and no road maintenance. Parking is limited and primitive. Roads away from the main HQ area can become impassably muddy after significant rainfall. The camp is not directly on the lake shore, but is adjacent to a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers park that provides access to Lake Whitney. The Longhorn Council website states: "Troops will sometimes find trash left by outsiders. Please be prepared to pick up trash. Units which are unwilling to perform Scouting service projects should NOT reserve this camp."
