- The big draw is the ability to rent canoes cheaply and have them shuttled 5.3 miles upriver for a leisurely 2.0 - 3.5 hour float downstream (depending on river flow) back to the lake and state park. You will still have to have a second car to shuttle people up to the starting point and then retrieve the car afterward.
- Old Fort Parker
- Four trails (total 7.3 miles) allow both hiking and mountain biking, with a round trip about 13 miles.
